Youth Justice Gallery

This gallery represents the work of eight youth members who spent nine months working with Lens on Life Project to learn photography skills and build portfolios. Through Our Lens, the young artists stepped out of their comfort zones to document New York City from their perspectives, bringing to life the symbols of survival and resilience at the inflection point of racial inequality and justice reform. Below is the culmination of their work, talent, and unique voices.

This months-long arts project was made possible by the National Endowment for the Arts.
